Ruth Valeria Dipp Portillo, a 35-year-old resident of Lambaré, Paraguay, was recently detained for attempting to impersonate a nurse at the Instituto de Medicina Tropical. She reportedly wore a nurse's white coat and was observed acting suspiciously in the hospital, which led to her swift identification and arrest by authorities. It has been suggested that she struggles with addiction to morphine.
