Ruthe is a promising young athlete from New Zealand who recently made headlines for setting a world 1000m age-group best of 2m 7.82s in Tauranga, just shy of the national senior record. At only 15 years old, he has already achieved significant milestones, including becoming the youngest runner to win a New Zealand senior title in the 3000m and breaking the four-minute barrier for the mile.
