Ruxsora Umurzoqova

Ruxsora Umurzoqova is the older sister of MuhammadAziz Umurzoqov, a first-year student at Brown University who tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. Ruxsora has been vocal about the deep sorrow and injustice surrounding her brother's death, describing him as a bright, kind, and supportive individual who pursued his dreams of becoming a neurosurgeon after undergoing a significant brain operation in childhood. She fondly remembers his determination, hard work, and the pride their family felt when he was accepted into Brown University, emphasizing the family's hopes for a better life after emigrating from Uzbekistan.
