Ryan Foster is the CEO and Secretary General of the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA), where he has been instrumental in promoting various sports, including less popular disciplines like esports. Under his leadership, the JOA has launched initiatives such as the Equipment Grant to enhance the competitiveness of member federations, contributing to the growth of esports in Jamaica and supporting the national esports body, the Jamaica eSports Initiative (JEI), in its aspirations to participate in the 2027 Esports Olympics.
