S Visakan is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer serving as the managing director of Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (Tasmac). He was in the news due to extensive raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as part of an investigation into alleged financial irregularities involving Tasmac, where he faced questioning regarding a suspected Rs 1,000 crore scam.
