Sadiq Jafri

Sadiq Jafri is a prominent figure associated with the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, a Shia political and religious organization in Pakistan. He has been vocal in advocating for the rights of the Shia community and has actively participated in protests against terrorism targeting religious minorities. Recently, he was in the news for his response to a tragic suicide bombing that took place at the Khadija-tul-Kubra Mosque in Islamabad, where numerous lives were lost and many were injured. Jafri announced a three-day mourning period in honor of the victims and called for protests across Sindh to condemn the violence and pray for the victims' families.
