Sáenz
Sáenz, a 32-year-old official from the Ministry of Finance in Costa Rica, was recently in the news for allegedly soliciting a bribe of ¢5,000 from a contractor to allow him to pass merchandise, including a water pump and beer, through the border with Panama.
