Sahama

Sahama is a resourceful mother living in Gaza who has adapted to the challenging circumstances imposed by the Israeli blockade. In response to the scarcity of traditional food supplies, she has taken on the task of making bread from pasta, a novel approach that her family learned from relatives. This method involves a labor-intensive process where soaked pasta is blended with a small amount of flour to create something resembling traditional bread, providing her family with a staple food source during difficult times.
