Sahil Babayev

Sahil Babayev is the Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan and co-chairman of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between Montenegro and Azerbaijan. He recently engaged in discussions with Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ervin Ibrahimović, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation in investment, tourism, and finance.
