Said ibn Abi Waqqas was a prominent companion of the Prophet Muhammad and is renowned for being one of the earliest converts to Islam. Born in Mecca around 594 CE, he belonged to the Banu Zuhra clan. His significant contributions to the early Muslim community include participating in several key battles such as Badr and Uhud. He is particularly celebrated for his military prowess and leadership during the Islamic conquests in Persia. Said was also known for his wisdom and piety, becoming the governor of Kufa in Iraq. He lived a long life, passing away at the age of 81, and is remembered as a symbol of loyalty and dedication to the Islamic faith.
