Saida Huanca

Saida Huanca is a resident of Cerro Chuño, a neighborhood in Arica, Chile, where she has experienced firsthand the terror inflicted by the Tren de Aragua gang. She recalls living in fear as gang members extorted local store owners and used violence against those who resisted their demands.
