Saidatul Zakirah Zairin

Saidatul Zakirah Zairin is a young Malaysian motorsport racer who has made significant strides in a male-dominated sport. Born in Brunei and raised in Qatar before moving to Malaysia, she began her racing career in 2021 and quickly gained recognition, becoming the recipient of the Best Female Motorcycle Racer award in 2024. Despite facing prejudice and challenges due to her gender, she has proven her capabilities by achieving podium finishes in various competitions, including the Malaysian Superbike Championship and the European Women’s Motorcycle Championship. Besides her racing aspirations, she is also pursuing a law degree, aiming to support athletes in understanding their contractual agreements.
