Saito Atsuši

Saito Atsuši is a Japanese diplomat currently serving as a counselor at the Embassy of Japan in Montenegro. He recently participated in the signing of donation agreements between the Government of Japan and the municipalities of Pljevlja and Kolašin, which aim to enhance local healthcare and fire protection capabilities in Montenegro.
