Saken Aralbaev

Saken Aralbaev is the Deputy Akim of the Bostandyk District in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He recently gained attention for addressing public concerns regarding the removal of intact paving stones from sidewalks in the city. In a video response, he explained that the work being done is part of restorative efforts on a section of sidewalk that had not been repaired since its installation in 2017.
