Sakovsky

Sakovsky is a prominent figure in Gomel, Belarus, known for his strong advocacy of Soviet nostalgia and support for the installation of monuments to Soviet leaders, particularly Joseph Stalin. He is a coordinator for the Russian National Liberation Movement in Gomel and actively manages Russian community groups. Despite being born in Gomel, he rejects the notion of Belarusian independence, expressing a longing for the Soviet era. Recently, he gained media attention for his initiative to erect a statue of Stalin in Gomel, arguing that it is time to honor the leadership that contributed to the Soviet victory in World War II.
