Saleh al-Ras

Saleh al-Ras, known as 'Abu Montajab', is a former commander of regime forces in the Tadamon neighborhood of Damascus, notorious for his alleged role in the mass killings of civilians during the Syrian civil war. Recently, he was arrested following the regime's downfall, as authorities seek to hold accountable those responsible for the atrocities committed during the conflict.
