Salsa, a 26-year-old activist, participated in a camping protest at the Gerbang Pancasila entrance of the Indonesian Parliament on March 20, 2025, to oppose the ratification of the revised TNI Law. Motivated by a sense of urgency and shared concern over the potential return to a dual-function military system reminiscent of the New Order era, she mobilized fellow citizens through social media, especially under the #TolakRUUTNI hashtag. Despite her lack of sleep during the protest, Salsa's determination to stand against what she views as an infringement on civil supremacy highlights her deep commitment to democratic values.
