Salu Francisco Hernández Tenorio, alias 'Ponchis', is a notorious criminal leader associated with the Los Cazadores gang, which is linked to the infamous Los Chapitos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel. Recently detained in Mexico, he was considered one of the top ten targets by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection due to his involvement in human trafficking, drug trafficking, and homicides.
