Samanta Ranasinghe

Samanta Ranasinghe was recently appointed as the Member of Parliament for the Kegalle District, following the passing of Koosala Nuwan Jayawira, representing the National People's Power party. He took his oath of office in front of Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Jagath Wickramarathna, in a ceremony that attracted warm wishes from both government and opposition members.
