Samir Shegwara

Samir Shegwara is a Libyan activist and former political prisoner who gained attention for his role in exposing the atrocities committed by the Kadhafi regime. After being detained and tortured in 2011, he managed to acquire a portion of the secret archives belonging to Abdallah Senoussi, which contained critical information about the operations of the Libyan intelligence services. His efforts to document and disseminate these findings have contributed to the ongoing discourse on human rights abuses in Libya.
