His dedication to football development in Kenya was widely recognized, and he was actively involved in various community initiatives, including his recent role as chairperson at the groundbreaking ceremony for a classroom construction at Mumias Township Primary School. Tragically, Obingo passed away on Tuesday, following a motorcycle accident after feeling unwell at the event.
