Samuel Emmanuel Neal, a 29-year-old construction worker from Sandhill, Belize, has recently been in the news due to accusations of threatening his brother-in-law with a machete. During an altercation at a residence, he allegedly shouted threats while wielding a machete, prompting police intervention. Neal appeared in court where he pleaded not guilty to the charge of threat of death. However, outstanding court fines from previous matters totaling approximately $840 prevented him from securing bail, leading to his remand at the Belize Central Prison.
