Samuel Junior Santos

Samuel Junior Santos is a military police officer in Brazil who became involved in a shooting incident while off-duty, during which he attempted to thwart a robbery, resulting in the accidental shooting of Claudia Ortiz, the Colombian vice-consul in São Paulo.
