Samuel Ndayisenga

Samuel Ndayisenga is the president of the Société pétrolière du Burundi (Sopebu), an organization established in 2024 to oversee the import and distribution of fuel across the country. He has been in the news recently due to ongoing fuel shortages in Burundi, as well as concerns regarding the alleged preferential distribution of fuel to certain individuals and parties, which has led to widespread public discontent.
