Samuel Peñate

Samuel Peñate was a promising 21-year-old chef from Cartagena, Colombia, who tragically became the first local victim of severe weather conditions caused by two cold fronts that recently struck the region. He disappeared while swimming with his girlfriend during a day at the beach, and despite rescue efforts, he could not be saved.
