Samuel Saenz

Samuel Saenz is an engineer who played a crucial role in modifying the papamóvil used by Pope Francis during his visit to Colombia in 2017. Working alongside a dedicated team of over 50 engineers from Chevrolet, Saenz contributed to the transformation of the vehicle to meet the Vatican's specifications. His efforts in this project have profoundly impacted his life, leading to new skills in car modification and inspiring him to start his own business. Saenz recalls the experience as a significant milestone, during which he and his colleagues worked under strict confidentiality, ensuring that the details of the papamóvil remained a secret until its unveiling.
