Samuel Salvador

Samuel Salvador is the director of Justice Plans at the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples in Mexico. He has emphasized the historical interest of transnational companies in exploiting the resources of Wirikuta and has noted the success of community interventions in halting these exploitative activities, especially following the recognition of the Wixárika Route as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
