Sandeep Khanal

Sandeep Khanal is a prominent archaeologist and the chief archaeological officer at the Department of Archaeology in Nepal. He has been instrumental in promoting and preserving Nepal's rich cultural heritage, particularly in relation to its UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Recently, he has been in the news for his role in organizing a heritage walk in Kathmandu to celebrate World Heritage Day, aimed at raising awareness about the importance of preserving historical sites.
