Sandra Gutiérrez Cubas

Sandra Gutiérrez Cubas is the newly appointed Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations in Peru. A long-time member of the political party Somos Perú, she has previously served as a councilor in Surquillo for five consecutive terms and is recognized for her dedication to women's issues and social inclusion.
