Sandra Regina Ruiz

Sandra Regina Ruiz, commonly known as Sandrão, is a Brazilian woman who gained notoriety for her involvement in a love triangle within the prison system. She was sentenced to 27 years in prison in 2003 for her role in the kidnapping and murder of a 14-year-old neighbor. While incarcerated, she became romantically involved with fellow inmates, including Suzane von Richthofen, who was convicted for the murder of her parents. Their relationship drew media attention, especially when Sandrão facilitated Suzane's interviews with television networks, notably arranging one with Gugu Liberato. After serving her time, Sandrão has since been released and continues to navigate life outside prison.
