Sandy Rao

Sandy Rao is a Senior Inspector with the United States Department of Justice and the U.S. Marshals Service, where he specializes in fugitive and extradition matters. Recently, he met with Guyana's Attorney General to discuss enhancements to extradition processes between the U.S. and Guyana.
