Sanita Uljane

Sanita Uljane is the Director of the Market Surveillance and Research Department at the Competition Council of Latvia (KP). She has been actively involved in overseeing compliance with competition laws and regulations within the country. Recently, she was in the news regarding a press conference where the KP announced a significant fine imposed on one of the largest food retail companies in Latvia for violating the Law on Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices.
