Sanjay Kandel

Sanjay Kandel is a program officer with the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), who has been involved in wildlife monitoring efforts in the Kamdi corridor, a vital ecological area connecting India and Nepal. Recently, he was in the news for discussing the installation of 95 camera traps to study the movement of tigers and prey species in the region, which aims to enhance understanding of wildlife dynamics and reduce human-wildlife conflict.
