Sanpiti Sitthiphan, commonly known as 'Sandi', is the son of Chatchat Sitthiphan, the Governor of Bangkok. He is known for his inspiring journey as a person with hearing impairment since birth, having undergone cochlear implant surgery in 2002, which has significantly impacted his father's advocacy for enhancing accessibility for people with disabilities in Bangkok.
