Santiago de Marco serves as the CEO of Hōhepa Hawke’s Bay, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. Under his leadership, Hōhepa has been named a finalist for Mitre 10 Community of the Year, reflecting the significant contributions of the entire Hōhepa community in promoting inclusion and advocating for a more equitable society in Hawke's Bay and New Zealand.
