Santo Julio Carrera Toribio was a 32-year-old man who tragically lost his life in a vehicle accident in Dajabón, Dominican Republic, after he lost control of a four-wheeler and crashed into a wall. He had recently returned from the United States to spend Semana Santa with his family and friends, only to suffer a severe cranial trauma that led to his untimely death.
