Santo Kennedy Vargas

Santo Kennedy Vargas is the Vice Minister of Leisure and Special Events in the Dominican Republic. He has been actively involved in the organization and promotion of sports and recreational activities, playing a key role in the recent inauguration of the qualifying competitions for the Juegos Deportivos Fronterizos 2025 in Jimaní, which aims to revive cross-border sports events after a decade-long hiatus.
