Santos Fonseca
Santos Fonseca is a Costa Rican man linked to notorious drug trafficking activities and affiliated with the criminal organization led by Alejandro Arias Monge, known as Diablo. He was recently arrested in Seattle, USA, after evading a prison sentence for drug trafficking since 2018, when he was implicated in the possession of over 1,000 grams of cocaine. Despite being sentenced to over six years in prison, he failed to report to serve his time and was declared a fugitive. His capture resulted from a coordinated effort between Costa Rican authorities and the DEA.
