
Sara Čabarkapa
Sara Čabarkapa is the coordinator of the Active Citizenship program at the Centre for Civic Education (CGO) in Montenegro. She has been actively involved in promoting civic education and human rights within the educational system of Montenegro, advocating for mandatory civic education in schools to equip students with essential knowledge about freedom, justice, equality, solidarity, and respect for diversity. Recently, she was in the news for her role in a project aimed at enhancing civic and human rights education to foster a stronger democracy and reduce social distance among ethnic groups in Montenegro.
