Sara Shu

Sara Shu is a culinary entrepreneur and co-owner of Schang-Haus, a restaurant in Vienna specializing in Hunan cuisine, which she opened with her husband Wang Chen. Originally from China, she has lived in Austria for several years, where she recognized a gap in the local dining scene for authentic Hunan dishes, prompting her to bring this vibrant regional cuisine to Vienna.
