Sarah Hillebrand

Sarah Hillebrand is a co-owner of Winkelgasse, a British-inspired café and pub located in Munich's Maxvorstadt. She previously operated another café called togather and aimed to create a cozy, whimsical atmosphere at Winkelgasse, which opened in April. Hillebrand and her partner, Benedikt Faust, transformed the café space with a focus on unique decor and a menu that modernizes traditional British dishes.
