Sarah Koda is the regional program director for the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), an organization dedicated to promoting press freedom and protecting journalists' rights. She has been vocal about the escalating violence against journalists in the Middle East, particularly in the wake of the recent attacks that have claimed numerous lives.
