Saray Amador Hernández

Saray Amador Hernández is the president of the Asociación Cámara Canartel, an organization that advocates for the interests of telecommunications and broadcasting entities in Costa Rica. She has recently been in the news for filing an amparo against the Ministry of Science, Innovation, Technology and Telecommunications (Micitt) regarding a controversial auction process for radio and television frequencies, claiming that the process undermines the principles outlined in the country's telecommunications laws and disproportionately affects smaller and community-based broadcasters.
