Sardor Isakulov, born in 1986 in the Tashkent region, has had a distinguished career in Uzbekistan's energy sector. He graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 2011 and began his professional journey in 2006 as an electrical technician in the Central Main Electrical Networks. He has held various responsible positions within the Ministry of Energy and served as the Deputy Chairman for Production and Localization at the Joint Stock Company of Thermal Power Stations before his recent appointment as the head of 'Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari'.
