Sayed Al-Nakshabandi

Sayed Al-Nakshabandi was a renowned Egyptian religious singer and one of the most celebrated performers of Islamic devotional music known as 'ibtihaal'. His unique voice and emotional delivery have made his interpretations of religious texts deeply resonant among listeners, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan. One of his most famous works is the 'Ibtihal Mawlay', composed by the noted musician Baligh Hamdi, which gained prominence after being commissioned by former President Anwar Sadat.
