Scandinavian Airlines Group, commonly referred to as SAS, is the largest airline in Scandinavia, known for its extensive domestic and international flight network. Recently, SAS was in the news as it successfully obtained a partial reduction of its antitrust fine imposed by the European Commission, due to errors in the calculation of the penalty related to a price-fixing scheme that took place between 1999 and 2006.
