Scarlet Rodriguez

Scarlet Rodriguez was a 23-year-old beauty queen from Venezuela who gained recognition after winning the title of Miss Grand Orlando 2025 in Florida. Unfortunately, she lost her life alongside her boyfriend, Jose Castro, during a devastating earthquake in Venezuela on June 24, 2023. The earthquake, with a magnitude of 7.2 followed by another of 7.5, resulted in significant destruction and loss of life, claiming the lives of over 2,295 individuals and injuring more than 11,267 others. Scarlet's family and friends have since started a fundraising campaign to cover her and Jose's funeral expenses, highlighting the tragic impact of this natural disaster on their loved ones.
