Scott Pogorelc gained notoriety after yelling a racist remark at Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears during a James Madison University football game, which led to significant media coverage and public backlash. Following the incident, he filed a police report claiming harassment, but the Fairfax County Police Department determined that no criminal investigation was warranted.
