Scott Sinclair is a Canadian politician and the first elected Indigenous member of the United Conservative Party (UCP) in Alberta. He was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Lesser Slave Lake riding in 2023 and has since served as the Parliamentary Secretary for Indigenous policing. Recently, he was removed from the UCP caucus after publicly declaring his opposition to the provincial budget, which he criticized for favoring urban areas over rural communities and not addressing critical infrastructure needs in his constituency.
