Seankese 'Sean' Johnson was a 36-year-old American helicopter pilot who tragically lost his life in a helicopter accident over the Hudson River, which resulted in the deaths of five members of a Spanish family. Johnson had informed air traffic control shortly before the incident that he was running low on fuel. He had accumulated 788 hours of flight time, although it is unclear how many of those hours were in the Bell helicopter involved in the accident.
